News International, News Corp.'s British arm, announced two new positions across its newly merged digital sales team. Hamish White will move from his Times Media digital ad manager post to become head of digital trading across the timesonline.co.uk, sunonline.co.uk, newsoftheworld.co.uk and thelondonpaper.com sites. Martin Corke, previously been head of digital sales for News Group, will become head of digital advertising strategy and business development.

Rapp hired former Agency.com managing director, Russel Marsh. He will fill the newly created role of group digital strategy director. Marsh be responsible for promoting the groups integrated offering, and helping develop new proprietary tools for the agency.

Condé Nast has appointed creative agency HMDG (Hurrell, Moseley, Dawson, and Grimmer) to re-launch Wired, the technology-focused magazine and Web site. Aegis-owned Vizeum will handle digital media for the campaign.

Andy Grumbridge has been named to the new role of group creative director for mobile marketing agency Que Pasa. Grumbridge, , former digital director of Virgin Radio, will also sit on a newly formed advisory board, intended to extend the branded content services the agency currently offers.

Ocean Village has hired Harvest Digital to handle its online marketing strategy. The cruise operator has launched an online campaign as part of an integrated push promoting its Winter Caribbean cruises.

The Number, operator of the 118 118 Information service, has hired BLM Quantum to handle its digital planning and buying account. BLM has won the account from OMD U.K., which will continue to handle its offline budget.
